We aim to send out all orders within 3 business day. Delivery speeds shown are in business days, and are average times after processing. In some circumstances delivery can take longer. 

Deliveries over holiday periods may be disrupted and is something which is unfortunately outside our control. Also It is not our responsible to refund shipping fee in the case of a late delivery due to the weather condition.

After we issue your JR PASS, we will ship it to you via USPS.

In order to activate your Japan Rail Pass in Japan, you must bring the exchange order we provide. The exchange order is a voucher that can be exchange for a Japan Rail Pass and is a physical document that cannot be emailed or faxed or replaced if lost. Japan Rail in Japan will only accept the original exchange order we send you as proof of purchase.
